New, Multi-Year Deal with Estes Final Mile!
ONE OF N. AMERICA’S BEST WILL BE RUNNING ON OUR PLATFORM
We are excited to announce that Estes Final Mile LLC (EFM), a subsidiary of Estes Express Lines, is partnering with SensorTransport. Estes Final Mile is deploying the SensorTransport white glove solution across their North American network to digitize the proof of delivery (POD) and provide the best possible end-of-the-line delivery experience. Estes and Estes Final Mile are established and trusted brands with a reputation for leading the industry in operational excellence and advanced technology since 1931.
The development teams are working to integrate the SensorTransport cloud platform with the Estes Final Mile existing operating system. Beta testing has begun and we are expecting a full rollout in coming weeks. Stay tuned for more updates!

Our Co-Founder Sascha Peyer was invited to speak in front of the US Chinese General Chamber of Commerce. He spoke on the current market conditions for logistics start-ups and the market demand for last-mile innovation.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SOLUTION FOR EVEN MORE LAST-MILE CONTROL
Our development team is now launching our latest white glove delivery solution. The new app features give users the power to digitize POD and collect vital last-mile data for even the most complicated deliveries.
Some of the features include:
- On-screen Signature (see screenshot below)
- O/S/D – Over, Short, Damaged (see screenshots below)
- Services/Accessorials – Installation, Extra Man, etc.
- Automated Notification to Consignee – Approaching/Arriving
- On-screen Customer Delivery Feedback Survey (see screenshot below)
- 3 Dispatch Modes: Web, App, Self-Assign
- Automated SMS Notification to Driver – Assigned Shipment
- Shipment tenders can be accepted / rejected by the dispatcher or by a driver using the App
The On-screen Signature Page also includes the option to send a delivery alert to an additional email address.
The OS&D function is triggered manually by the driver or becomes required if the quantity delivered does not match the quantity in the transport order. Drivers can add photos at delivery to record damaged items.
A customer feedback survey can also be completed upon delivery.The SensorTransport White Glove app features make it easy for drivers to complete complicated deliveries. For example, residential deliveries that require light installation or non-dock commercial deliveries. SensorTransport customers who deploy the White Glove solution are targeting the fast-growing and lucrative residential and white glove delivery market.
You can order a TV on Amazon and have it delivered to your doorstep in days. But, the market is demanding better quality control for these deliveries. Using the SensorTransport White Glove solution, our customers have complete control of this residential delivery moment. The App ensures the driver completes each step in the delivery process from digitized proof of delivery to asking the customer if they are happy with the service.
